The 2nd and 3rd verses of the primary song Baptism focus on why we get baptized. This singing time lesson plan helps convey that message to your primary during singing time!

Find the lesson plan for the 1st verse HERE that introduces the t-shirts with the 5 other question words.

Baptism Wands
Wands help provide added movement as you teach Baptism. They also are great to resemble water which is necessary for baptism. You will need enough wands for each child to have one.

Find more details on purchasing wands HERE.
Wand Position Cards
In conjunction with the wands, you will need these Wand Position Cards.

Access my printables at my Resource Library. Instructions for accessing my Resource Library are found at the bottom of this post.
Senior Primary
- To fulfill the law
- To enter with my Father In the kingdom up on high.
- Witness faith in Jesus’ word,
- Be baptized to show obedience, As was Jesus Christ, our Lord
TIP: If your primary is combined, cater to the older children. The younger ones will pick up what they can and the older ones can help the younger children as needed.
Junior Primary
- To fulfill the law
- To enter with my Father In the kingdom up on high.
- Witness faith in Jesus’ word,
- Be baptized to show obedience, As was Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Thank you so much for this idea. I did the 1st verse last week with the T-Shirts and it was a very fun way of learning the song. Looking forward to the other verses. Thank you for sharing your talent!
you're a sweet heart 🙂
You're super cute!
