There is TONS of valuable information from The Friend each month that can be brought into singing time.  Here’s what I found in this month’s edition:

  • Bright idea, page FJ1 highlights a primary song with a great picture found HERE!:

  • There is a “We Missed you at Church” card on page 16 you can print out for those kids who didn’t make it to singing time that week or who don’t come regularly found HERE.  It would be fun to attach a treat to it too.

  • How Are Prophets Called p. 31 found HERE could be brought into a General Conference singing time (see my General Conference singing time HERE):

  • Page 33 has a simplified version of March 2016’s program song, Stand for the Right!  Download it HERE.  This would be great to pass out to those who play a musical instrument and encourage them to learn it then perform in primary!

Do you plan on implementing (or do you already) The Friend into primary this month?  If so, please share!
