See how I use my singing time schedule HERE!  Then download an editable and printable version of the below information HERE or use my June 2018 Singing Time Planner found HERE

I’m going to start incorporating more welcome songs.  This is how we will welcome any visitors during opening exercises but I may even have our pianist play the welcome song while I sing with the words posted (see how I do that HERE) as the kids are entering into primary, then encouraging them (and the teachers) to sing along with me.

I am not going to formally teach them, we’ll just sing (and honestly, I’ll be learning along with them for a few of the songs!).  At first I may be singing a solo but with the words posted and repeating the same song for the entire month, I’m sure they will all easily catch on.

This month, I’m starting simple with the Hello Song.  I’ll have a post up soon with some fun ways to sing “hello” in various languages to keep things interesting :).

I saw this Primary Battleship idea HERE that I loved.  I’m considering modifying it so the board utilizes the chalkboard instead of creating a poster (but I’ll have both options available).  Find the board pieces HERE. More to come!  I think I will be shelving this idea when we review for the program in September/October because it will fit so nicely with my program review theme I’ve been planning!  More to come!!

Follow my monthly schedule!

It is simple, but it works! Keep yourself, your pianist, any substitutes and those conducting primary on the same page.

    Hi Erica,

I apologize for not commenting sooner – I must have missed seeing this. I decided not to do handbells for Father's day songs this year. Was there something particular you were looking for? Maybe I can still help you.
