We’ll be practicing singing the 2-part melodies together this Sunday for A Child’s Prayer and I Pray in Faith using my lesson plan HERE. Find my lesson plan for teaching these songs HERE.
It’s super easy and super fun! The kids enjoy being re-arranged into new groups and singing the various parts of each song in their different groups. Just make sure each group sings each of the parts before moving groups!
The last time I used these, my only wish was that I had a few more. So I created 2 NEW ones. Print on white card stock, laminate, punch holes in the corners and tie string to make them into necklaces.
I know that not all the ages in primary are pictured on this last card and that there are not 1 or 2 year olds in primary – I’m just sampling what an odd/even number is :). Hopefully that doesn’t throw off your primary too much.
If you have any more ideas for dividing the kids, let me know! I’d love to make a few more!!

Hi Camille, do you do this activity in both junior and senior Primary?
Thanks!
Thank for all your ideas and help.
Hi Erica,
It worked well in both Jr. and Sr. for me.
