April 2020 singing time song suggestions are Easter Hosanna, When We’re Helping and Love One Another. Just because formal church has been canceled doesn’t mean that these songs can’t be learned or shared with families while at home!

April means spring which also means Easter! I have a NEW Easter singing time idea that uses this month’s Friend. Watch for that post later this week!!
Below are my lesson plans for teaching each of the song suggestions this month. If all you do is share the sing-along videos for these songs this month with your primary via email or YouTube, that is plenty! Don’t get overwhelmed by our current situation. Just do what works for you!
Easter Hosanna
This is the song I picked to teach this month! I’ll be catering this lesson plan later this month to be more conducive to a home centered singing time. More to come! But for now, find lesson plan details HERE.
When We’re Helping
I can’t help but think this song was inspired to teach this month! (okay, who am I kidding…they are all always inspired!!) Families need everyone in the family to help out more than ever now that we’re home all day everyday. My lesson plan HERE would make for a really fun FHE, especially for young children.
Love One Another
Another totally inspired song! Teach the ASL that’s found in the Children’s Songbook using my lesson plan HERE.
