Teach the song Repentance in singing time or at home using a simple puzzle.

As I was pondering about teaching Repentance, my mind came to the idea of using a puzzle to help convey the meaning of repenting. A puzzle is in essence a broken image or picture that can be put back together with time and effort. Just like the puzzle, we can always put our lives back together by turning to the Savior and repenting.
This is the puzzle I came up with. The image I used is found HERE.

You can access my printables at my Resource Library. Instructions for accessing my Resource Library are found at the bottom of this post.
Have your primary or family each color and cut out the puzzle. Then they can put it back together. Listen to the song Repentance as you color, cut and put the puzzle back together. Play it on the piano, your phone or listen to it HERE.
As the children are finishing their puzzle, ask how repenting is like a puzzle and take answers.
Bear testimony that when we try to repent, to do better, and to pray, we are just like a puzzle that is being put back together.

Hi Abby!
Thank you so much for the feedback – I’m always happy to hear that my website is still useful even during this strange time! Good luck this fall with homeschool!
