Families Can Be Together Forever is another popular primary song that is frequently taught in singing time. But that doesn’t mean we still can’t have fun with it! Check out my lesson plan using stick figure families and family band! Along with several other ideas!

For this lesson plan, I combined a few of my other activities that I’ve used when I taught this before. They are:
Mostly because these are pretty fun :). To combine both of these activities, you will need the family band pencils (linked in the Family Band lesson plan) and chalk.
As you sing the song, invite children to come draw their families on the board. As those few children are drawing, the rest of the primary can pitch lead with their pencils (there are also other movement suggestions on the Family Band link).
Easy, right?!
