“I count it as the best thing I’ve ever done,” he says of the children’s song. “But the song is not my fault.” It’s the fault of a persistent Primary president named Sandy F. Gagon.
Sandy, it seems, had started a program to encourage kids to keep their scriptures handy. She called the push “Scripture Power.” And went to Romney and asked him to write a song for the program.

Just thought I’d share what I did to introduce Scripture Power. One of …the spirit brought back what I learned in my weapons combat class at BYU (random I know but so fun) I had forgotten about it since I never use it. I thought it would be too complicated for these kids but decided to follow the prompting anyway. So glad I did. There was a spirit of strength during the lesson. You can also try this with Armor of God second verse.
